TERMS & CONDITIONS
We will not give out any information you submit at our site to any third parties except in compliance with a request of a law enforcement agency. Under no circumstances will your name, e-mail, phone number or address be sold to, or given to any other parties. We will never willfully sell, lease, or rent any of your or your business' personally identifiable information to any third party.
Your personal information is collected through our contact forms only. This website currently has no applications or programs that gather information from your computer without your consent. Users are required to give us contact information (e.g., your name and email address) and demographic information (e.g., your zip code). Certain information, such as your email address, is collected in order to verify your identity and for use in our records. Information collected at this website is kept in our records only as long as is necessary to provide requested services to our clients.
Bookings are required as materials, equipment, and in some cases room hire is sourced based on booked numbers.
No cancellations but postponement is possible with a medical certificate. You may also transfer your booking to a friend or family member. Make up classes are offered to my regular term students. Current students that have had their course interrupted by the COVID19 situation have had their payments preserved for a time that we can reconvene.
Understanding Practice Work:
Artists have copied other artists work over the years as an exercise to understand the process and as practice, and that is perfectly acceptable as long as the artwork is not claimed to be more than a replica study. It is a practice piece only and must not be signed, sold or exhibited
as an original.
It is the student's responsibility to understand copy right laws and to only sign, sell and exhibit original artworks. It is best practice to provide Authentication Certificates with original artworks.
