If there is a fault with a product or it has been damaged in shipping please contact us immediately on 0404507685 to resolve the problem. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. For faulty or damaged products Ebb & Flow MBH will replace or refund the goods, a photograph may be required. For refunds the full amount will be credited via the original method of payment including any shipping costs. We do not refund for change of mind.
